Kevin Peithman founded Allied Modular Building Systems, Inc. and its subsidiary Allied Cleanrooms in 1989. In his over 30 years, he has created a successful business expanding to three manufacturing facilities. He has built strong relationships with large material handling companies has been a GSA contractor for over 20 years and created a large dealer network. Kevin provides leadership to all parts of the company and works to continuously improve products, processes, and people. He currently holds a general contractors license in several states uses his entrepreneurial successes to strategically move the business forward completing over 15,000 projects in 37 countries since founding the company.
Richard Trombley is responsible for assisting and managing the cleanroom division with design-build services. Richard collaborates with clients along with the Allied Cleanrooms engineering department to identify cost-effective solutions and design approaches that meet or exceed the clients’ expectations. Richard works closely with Allied Cleanrooms manufacturing and operations departments to aid in the design, construction, and development of the client’s cleanroom project to meet compliance requirements within the industry.
Richard brings two decades of cleanroom design-build experience with international installations and design complexities. Over the years, Richard has developed mechanical and BMS systems to help achieve special parameters required by the client’s needs. Richard has established relationships with vendors across the U.S. that thoroughly comprehend the building design and intended functionality. In addition to his cleanroom experience, Richard has delivered cleanrooms for both private and public-sector clients.
Mike works with our clients to identify cost-effective cleanroom solutions that meet or exceed our clients’ expectations. He works closely with a team of engineering, design, and construction professionals in the development of every cleanroom project. Mike works closely with our clients to identify any and all unique project requirements.
Mike brings three decades of cleanroom design‐build experience to bear on each and every project. Over the years, Mike has developed design approaches that maximize both cleanroom performance and overall project cost savings. Mike has established relationships with vendors across the U.S. that thoroughly comprehend his building design and intended functionality. In addition to his cleanroom experience, Mike has delivered some of Allied’s most complex modular buildings for both private and public sector clients.
Scott Redford is Sales Director of Allied Modular Building System, Inc and its subsidiary Allied Cleanrooms, providing leadership for all the company’s sales and technical sales support team. Scott’s primary responsibilities include overseeing and managing the national sales team, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base, exceeding annual sales targets, building and maintaining long‐lasting client relationships. Scott capitalizes on more than 20 years of experience in the modular building manufacturing industry with over 30 years of diverse management experience
Micah Catterson is an experienced executive leader focused on revenue growth, operational performance, and delivery excellence on a global scale. Micah is particularly aligned with businesses where evolution and transformation are required, emphasizing performance gains. He utilizes his operational know-how to simplify and evolve the go-to-market functions and delivery models while building robust business platforms for scalability and growth. Micah has a unique talent for growing businesses and creating systems, processes, and tools for productive, effective, and efficient teams. As a leader, Micah has followed a few simple principles throughout his career; be transparent; be honest; lead from the front; listen and focus on solving problems.
Rob is Director of Engineering and Services at Allied Clean Rooms, providing leadership for all the company’s engineering, project management, and construction operations. Rob serves as a member of the Corporate Leadership Team. Rob focuses on developing strategic partnerships and alliances with subcontractors and material vendors alike. The Engineering and Services team successfully manages over 100 active projects at any given time.
Rob capitalizes on more than 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction services field and has successfully delivered projects in both the private and public sectors. Rob has decades of experience managing teams located throughout the U.S. Rob is a licensed general contractor in California and Nevada. He is a Certified Energy Manager and holds both OSHA 10‐hour and 30‐hour certifications.
Barry sim is an experienced manager with over 30 years of diversified experience in the Modular and Patio industries. Barry has extensive experience in the design and drawing of in‐plant modular enclosures; exterior guard houses; steel structural mezzanines and aluminum extrusion design. Barry has a hands‐on experience with the installation of tenant improvements throughout the world. Barry leverages his knowledge of modular building to lend support to the Design Managers with customer designs and layouts.
Tod is responsible for Allied Cleanrooms engineering activities. He manages a staff of mechanical, electrical, and structural designers. Tod manages both in‐house and outsourced engineering resources. Tod is also responsible for all project entitlement submittals and regularly interfaces with building code officials across the country. Tod is also responsible for all QA and QC throughout the design and manufacturing processes at Allied.
Tod brings three decades of both design and installation experience with a unique skillset for creative and cost-effective problem-solving.
Gabe is responsible for Allied Cleanrooms’ construction scope of supply. Gabe oversees the day-to-day activity of construction projects across the U.S. which includes both in‐house crews and subcontractors. Gabe is a member of Allied’s management team and is directly responsible for all job‐site safety, supervision, and scope delivery.
Gabe brings two decades of professional construction experience and expertise to the team. He is a licensed general contractor in California.
Frances Sullivan‐Lewis joined Allied Modular Building Systems, Inc. and its subsidiary Allied Cleanrooms in 2008 as financial controller. Leading the finance team, she is responsible for the development and delivery of accurate reporting, long‐range strategic planning, and internal controls. Frances draws on over 15 years of management experience in finance and accounting to drive continuous improvement and streamlined organizational policies within her department and throughout the company. Frances holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
