ZeroSeam™ Modular Cleanroom Wall System
ZeroSeam™ is a proprietary modular cleanroom wall system engineered and manufactured by Allied Cleanrooms®. It delivers a smooth, sealed, light-gloss, bright-white interior surface with minimal exposed seams and is designed for regulated and controlled environments.
The system incorporates structural wall construction, aluminum framing, and a 3/8-inch honeycomb PVC interior skin, remaining fully sealed once installed while still demountable and reconfigurable for future operational changes.
Engineered for controlled environments, ZeroSeam™ is intended to support regulatory-driven facility design. Final compliance, cleanroom classification, and validation requirements (USP/FDA/cGMP, ISO cleanroom classification, etc.) are determined by the project’s URS, applicable governing standards, and the owner’s validation program.
Continuous interior surface
The concealed joint methodology minimizes exposed seams on the cleanroom side, resulting in a uniform and continuous interior wall surface.
Effortless cleaning
The sealed, non-porous interior surface is moisture-resistant and compatible with common cleanroom disinfectants, which supports routine cleaning procedures.
Flexible and adaptable
Once installed, the system is fully sealed for cleanroom operation while remaining demountable and reconfigurable, allowing for future modifications and reuse without permanent construction.
Load-bearing capability
The wall system is designed to support doors, glazing, ceiling systems, lighting, and wall-mounted equipment, with optional engineered backing coordinated on a project-specific basis.
Electrical and data utilities may be integrated within the wall system during the design phase, with pathways concealed inside the structure and sealed interfaces on the cleanroom side.

Are ZeroSeam™ walls delivered finished or do they require field finishing?
ZeroSeam™ wall panels are delivered with a factory-finished 3/8-inch honeycomb PVC interior skin. The finish is bright white with a light gloss, providing a smooth, non-porous surface that does not require field painting or additional finishing after installation.
