We love hearing and seeing those behind- the- scenes clips of what happens in NASA’s massive cleanrooms.  Work on the MMS, or Magnetospheric Multiscale Spacecraft, is continuing forward as four of the major components were assembled.  From here they will be tested in the NASA vibration chamber.  Check out the video below of how these components were assembled:

As to be expected, sending anything into space is expensive, it and it is crucial that everything is working.  The vibration chamber is designed to simulate the rough conditions during launch.  You can see more photos at PDDnet.
