Clean Room Ceiling Systems – Cleanroom Equipment
Ceiling – Gypsum Tiles
Gypsum Ceiling Panels install easily in standard 2′ by 2′ and 2′ by 4′ exposed grid systems. The panels have a rigid gypsum core which provides extra resistance to sagging and warping. A noncombustible gypsum core assures fire safety with 1 1/2- and 2-hour fire rating achievable depending on installation. USDA Acceptance: Gridstone panels are accepted by the USDA for use in food service and food processing areas.
Composite Roof Deck
Composite Roof Deck is available in 36″ net coverage. It is used as both a form during construction and as the positive reinforcing of the concrete slab. Embossments as added to provide a mechanical bond between decking and the concrete (composite action). It provides both a vertical load capacity and diaphragm shear capacities.
Roofing – Standard
Our corrugated roof panels are all galvanized finish to endure a lifetime of use. This roof is protected from moisture and rust.
Roofing – Long Span
Our corrugated roof panels are all galvanized finish to endure a lifetime of use. This roof is protected from moisture and rust. Roof is a standard 20 gauge roof but can be upgraded to 18 gauge for extra long spans.
Gasket Seal Grids
The rod suspended cleanroom ceiling systems share attributes that combine to create a common design platform.
- The extrusions all have a continuous 1/4-20 thread boss for connection and suspension at any location
- Intersection connectors join the extruded aluminum grid members and provide an attachment point for suspension
- Extruded aluminum grid members have a 2-inch wide flange
